PRODUCTS

  • Actual product color may differ from the photos shown on our website due to the lighting effects on the photos or different computer color display and resolutions. We cannot guarantee that the actual product will be an exact resemblance of what is shown on the photo.
  • Every product is carefully checked to ensure its quality and condition first before it is shipped out. Hence, we are not liable for any losses or damages incurred during the delivery of the parcel to you.
  • Please check the contents of the parcel before you sign receipt for it. In the event any items are damaged or missing, please ensure you report this to us via emailwithin 24 hours after you have received the parcel. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchange is allowed only when there are major defects such as manufacturing defects, large stains or tears, or missing accessories. 
  • You will need to inform us of the defects upon receipt of product within 24 hours. Please provide photos of defects upon our request. 
    • Products are 1:1 exchange for same model/size/color. If the product is out of stock, you can choose an alternative product for exchange OR wait for the next shipment (on condition the product is still re-stockable).
    • If the exchange product is of lower value, there will be no refund for the difference.
    • If the exchange product is of higher value, kindly top up the excess in amount. 
    • All shipping charges (returns and delivery) are to be borne by the buyer and is not reimbursable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Upon receipt of payment, no cancellation or changing of order will be entertained.

PRIVACY POLICY

  • When you shop at Fashion Urges, any personal information you share with us when placing an order is kept absolutely private, secure, and confidential. Neither your name nor anything about you is sold, shared, or used by any other company. We appreciate the trust you have placed in us when you order from our website and will never share your information with third parties.
  • This privacy guarantee also extends to those who place an order by phone or mail. If for any reason, at any time, you feel like your privacy has been compromised, please contact us at sales@fashionurges.com.

Can I still order out of stock items?

Yes you may, on condition the item is still restockable. While we may not guarantee that we will find alternate sources for it, we will definitely do our best. To be notified the next time we process restock requests, please kindly click on the "Notify Me" button (where the Add to Cart button usually is) on each product you would like us to restock for you. Fill in your email and comments (e.g. how many pieces of each color you would like to buy). We will contact you via email the next time we attempt to restock. Please note, a deposit of 50% of the item price (not refundable) will be requested upon confirmation of your restock request.
